Construction: 28.07.2010 - 20.11.2010 The space of the shop makes 630 mē and the utility room makes 380 mē. The construction works included replacement of glass windows and performance of all internal repairs. Additionally to Refurbishment works the walls and foundation was strengthened. The heating and conditioning system of the York Firm was installed in the shop. The floor was covered with high-quality PVC typical for the given brand. Old glass windows were replaced with high-quality glass inserted in new chestnut frameworks. |

Instead of 2 doors should be made 1 big door, also should be changed glass windows and fulfill all inside works. For construction was intended only 2 months, which was practically impossible, was required the correct scheduling and determining of works, which was too hard to implement. Project: 2007 construction: 2007 - 2008 The basic construction of the house is the carcass type. It consists from columns and girders, which are constructed at the pillow type foundation. There are used heat insulated bricks with holes. Its thickness is 38 cm. The basement is surround in 1 meter far by second concrete wall, which gave us the opportunity to make windows at this floor for ventilation and natural lighting of the basement. There is also arranged the drainage channel, which excludes dampness at this floor.
