The house is situated in the exclusive residential area Tskneti, near Tbilisi. The relief on which the house is based is quite difficult. Its difficultness is expressed the great difference of its level, which makes 4 meters from one end till the other.

The ground area is situated on the edge of a ravine, the depth of which makes 70 meters. The ground area is distinctive with its beautiful sights over Tbilisi and the Caucasus Mountains are also well-observed in good weather.  
Because of the relief surface of the court is made the green terraces, which divides the court into three parts. The terrace, in front of the house is on 0,00 level. At the same terrace is arranged the swimming pool.

The ground area is situated between two small green ravines, from which the greatest sight of Tbilisi can be observed. We have divided a rather large yard into several small terraces and gave each of them a different function. The terrace, situated at the level 0.00 will be arranged with wood flooring. There will be a pool, soft sofas and a dinner table on it. The second terrace will be completely planted with trees and shrubs of various sorts. The third terrace will be grass-floored and a sports ground will be arranged in it. The house is two-storied without a basement. In the first floor there is a living room, dining room and the kitchen, united in one large space and in the second floor there are sleeping-rooms with own bathroom units.

The Customer wished to make a restaurant-café with terraces for rest in the sea. It should have been an airy and light structure built with light constructions. The foundation of the building is made of iron carcass, to which a special wooden floor is fastened, and the given iron carcass holds reinforced concrete columns, driven into the sea-bed. The construction of the building consists of iron round stems, tied into one whole carcass and fastened to the reinforced concrete pillars fixed in the sea-bed. The building is covered with textile of a white membrane type, which would be stretched on iron columns. Polycarbonate glass of highly transparent quality and resistant to natural impacts is applied for the façade of the building.
